International interview: ChuaN and his thoughts

Its been 3 days since The International 2012 has been concluded, and we finally got the chance to talk to ChuaN of Invictus Gaming who claimed the 1 Million US Dollar prize. I was indeed a very excited person to meet the Moral strength of iG that is ChuaN!

Good Day Chuan, thanks for taking the time to come talk here with DotaTalk, Please introduce yourself to the community thatmay not be  familiar with your World Championship brand.

Hello everybody I’m ChuaN from team Invictus Gaming !

Thank you ChuaN, now we all know iG were made proud this past weekend and that you guys have set the bar high in competitive Dota2, Please tell us how you are feeling after your Million Dollar win?

Excited , excited and excited!

Fantastic, any early plans for your share of the prize money?

give my mum and keep inside my bank LOL

Hahaha ChuaN thats really the smartest thing to do! I’m very certain that your mother must be so proud of you. Can you tell us how you guys managed to pull yourselves up when you got relegated to the losers bracket?

We discuss and study their draft before we play , and we tell each other to cheer up and imagine its BO1 meaning if we lose, we go home

Thats very interesting motivation, play like its your last game. You guys must have been thrilled when you beat the Defending Champions 3-1 in the grand finals, were there any emotional aspects after you guys clinched the GG calls from Na`Vi?

We could not believe it when Na`Vi puppey type gg to all, we won the champions !

The entire crowd was behind Na`Vi, but that didnt faze you guys, you kept strong and pushed through, some amazing plays by your entire team made for the best tournament in Dota history (in my opinion). What do you see in the future of your Dota2 Team?

Being Champions, that’s all my team wants now and also in the future

If you could call your team one of the following, which would it be:  Are you and your team friends? Or just clan mates?

For alot of reasons, long lasting friendship very important , we go watch movie together before go international . But the most important is all my mates wanted to win the championship. We didn’t want to lose any more. Of course we are friends,we are best friends !

ChuaN its an honour to talk to someone as goodhearted as you are, can we expect you guys to win this tournament again next year?

Yeah ofcourse, we will do our best to win this tournament again. Not only this tournament , but all the tournaments !
